Real-Life Support for Children & Families

Support to build communication, regulation, and skills that carry over into everyday life, while helping you and your family feel more confident.

Support that fits into your everyday life.

A Different Kind of Support

Rooted Support: Parent Coaching & Child Support

Rooted Support is a flexible service that combines 1:1 sessions (via telehealth or in person) with parent coaching and real-life support.

Support is individualized and connected to your child’s everyday routines, so strategies feel practical, manageable, and effective.

School Consultation

Support to help your child feel successful, supported, and understood at school.

School Consultation focuses on aligning home and school so your child experiences consistent, effective support across environments. Services may include reviewing and providing input on educational and behavioral plans, offering practical recommendations, and collaborating with school teams when appropriate.

Support may include:

  • Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Communication and collaboration with school staff and teams

The goal is to bring clarity to the process, reduce overwhelm, and help you feel confident advocating for and supporting your child.

Support + Learning Group

Support + Learning Group is a welcoming space for parents and caregivers seeking connection, encouragement, and practical tools for everyday family life. This group is loosely guided and rooted in evidence-based principles from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and approaches informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Each session includes thoughtful conversation prompts, shared support, and real-life strategies to help caregivers navigate common challenges with greater confidence, flexibility, and compassion. Topics may include understanding behavior, reducing stress, strengthening routines, communication, emotional regulation, and values-based parenting.

Designed for caregivers of all backgrounds, this group offers a warm, judgment-free space to feel understood, build meaningful tools, and connect with others who truly get it.

About Me

Dana Sullivan M.A., BCBA, LBS

With over 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I support children and families across home, school, and community settings, focusing on what feels meaningful and realistic in everyday life.

My approach is individualized and relationship-centered, blending ABA with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). Sessions are play-based, flexible, and connected to real-life routines.

I support communication, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and daily living skills for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental differences.

Kindness, honesty, and collaboration guide my work. Families are true partners, and meaningful work can feel both supportive and manageable.
